ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 82,741 equity shares under two employee stock option schemes on April 7, 2026.
The allotment comprised 80,540 shares under the ESOP Scheme (2005) and 2,201 shares under the ESU Scheme (2023).
Shares were allotted by the MD & CEO under delegated authority and rank pari-passu with existing equity.
