ICICI Prudential Life Allots 63,019 ESOP Shares

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 63,019 equity shares under two employee stock option schemes on May 26, 2026.
The allotment comprised 24,160 shares under the 2005 ESOP Scheme and 38,859 shares under the 2023 ESU Scheme.
The Managing Director & CEO approved the allotment pursuant to authority delegated by the Board in January 2019.
New shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and the filing is available on the company website.
