ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted 97,746 equity shares under two employee stock option schemes on May 5, 2026.
The allotment comprised 95,650 shares under the 2005 ESOP Scheme and 2,096 shares under the 2023 ESU Scheme.
Managing Director & CEO approved the allotment pursuant to board authority delegated in January 2019.
