- Record Date fixed as June 5, 2026 for determining shareholder eligibility
- All dividend payments made in electronic mode only as per SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 12
- No payable-at-par warrants, cheques, or drafts issued for dividend payout
Dividend Payment Issues
Two types of dividend payment issues identified:
Non-Remittance Cases
- Dividend not remitted to shareholders due to incomplete/incorrect bank account details
- Shareholders must contact their respective Depository Participant for updating bank account details and KYC
- Dividend will be released electronically only after updating required details
Electronic Payment Rejection Cases
- Dividend remittance through electronic mode was rejected for some shareholders
- Payment date for these transactions was June 30, 2026
- Shareholders must contact their respective Depository Participant for updating bank account details
Claim Process for Affected Shareholders
Shareholders with dividend payment issues can claim their dividend by submitting the following documents to RTA KFin Technologies:
- Request letter mentioning DP ID & Client ID
- Updated Client Master List
