Board Meeting Outcomes
The Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited approved the initiation of a Postal Ballot process at 7:32 p.m. on August 13, 2026. The purpose is to seek members' approval through a special resolution for the following changes:
- Change of the company name from 'ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited' to 'ICICI Life Insurance Limited'
- Consequential amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company
The approval is subject to applicable regulations and is being undertaken pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Postal Ballot Process
The Notice of Postal Ballot will be circulated to all shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of Friday, August 14, 2026. The circulation will be done through permitted modes as per regulatory requirements.
