Iconik Sports and Events Limited has intimated the exchange about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office at Unit No. 104, 1st Floor, Mahinder Chambers, W.T. Patil Marg, Chembur, Mumbai-400071, Maharashtra.
The Board of Directors will consider the following agenda items:
- Audited financial results along with Auditor's Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026
- Any other business with the permission of the Chair
The company has also disclosed that the trading window for dealing in securities has been closed since April 1, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
