ICSA India Appoints Managing Director and Non-Executive Director

ICSA India appointed Mr Venkateswar Nellutla as Managing Director for a five-year term effective May 2, 2026.
The board appointed Mr Mallour Rajesh Kumar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for five years starting May 2, 2026.
Directors were authorized to reconstitute the board, appoint independent directors/KMPs, and select statutory/secretarial auditors.
Both appointees confirmed no relationships with existing directors and no debarment from directorship roles.
