ICSA India Appoints New Managing and Non-Executive Director

ICSA India appointed Mr. Venkateswar Nellutla as Managing Director for a 5-year term, effective 2nd May 2026.
The Board also appointed Mr. Mallour Rajesh Kumar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for a 5-year term.
Directors authorized to reconstitute the board, appoint independent directors/KMPs, and appoint statutory/secretarial auditors.
Both appointees confirmed no relationships with existing directors and are not debarred from directorship.
