ICSI Foundation Stone Ceremony – Gurugram Chapter Office
On 10 August 2026, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) laid the foundation stone for its new Chapter Office in Gurugram, Haryana, marking a strategic expansion in one of India’s leading corporate and business hubs. The ceremony, held in Gurugram, underscored ICSI’s commitment to strengthening professional outreach and providing enhanced services to Company Secretaries, students, and other stakeholders in the region.
President CS Pawan G Chandak addressed the gathering, noting that Gurugram has emerged as a major centre for corporate activity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He emphasized that the new Chapter infrastructure will be a modern, professionally equipped facility designed to support academic programmes, professional development, and outreach activities, thereby deepening ICSI’s engagement with the corporate sector and the growing professional community.
The event was attended by senior ICSI officials, including CS Dwarakanath Chennur, Vice President; CS Dhananjay Shukla, Council Member and Immediate Former President; CS Manish Gupta, Council Member and Former President; CS Asish Mohan, Secretary; as well as former President CS Ranjeet Pandey, Council Members CS Manoj Kumar Purbey, CS Suresh Pandey, Chairman of the National ICSI Regional Council CS Santosh Pandey, and CS Prince Tyagi, Chairman of the Gurugram Chapter, alongside other members of the NIRC and Gurugram Chapter.
