Identixweb Limited has provided prior intimation of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's Registered Office at 1st Floor, Plot No. 240, C. S. No. 1730, Nehru Nagar, L. H. Road, Sy No. 46/A+2, Tps-4, Surat – 395006, Gujarat, India.
The Board will consider and approve two agenda items:
1. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2026
2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman
Regarding insider trading regulations, the company confirms that the trading window for dealing in securities has been closed for insiders since Thursday, October 1, 2026. This closure affects Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Senior Management Personnel along with their immediate relatives.
The trading window will remain closed and will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting where the unaudited financial results for H1 FY26 are approved.
