IDFC FIRST Bank Allots 6.06 Lakh ESOP Shares

IDFC FIRST Bank allotted 605,941 equity shares to employees upon exercise of vested stock options under its ESOS scheme on April 27, 2026.
The allotment increases the bank's paid-up equity capital from ₹86,022.06 crore to ₹86,028.12 crore.
Shares were allotted at face value of ₹10 each and will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
