IDFC FIRST Bank's NRC approved a grant of 17,30,000 stock options to eligible new employees under its ESOP scheme.
The options were granted at face value and are intended to incentivize, encourage, and attract talent.
Vesting is scheduled equally over four years (25% annually) with a three-year exercise period from each vesting date.
The grant was made in compliance with SEBI's Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity Regulations, 2021.
