• The Bank, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, successfully priced an additional US$ 100 million Senior Notes ("Additional Notes") on August 19, 2026
• This issuance represents an upsize to the US$ 500 million Senior Notes priced on August 18, 2026
• Pursuant to this additional issuance, the consolidated issue size of the Senior Notes stands increased to US$ 600 million
• The Additional Notes are subject to the same terms and conditions as those disclosed in the earlier disclosure dated August 18, 2026
