Mr. Maheshwari, VP Regulatory Affairs & Risk Management, brings 17 years of power sector expertise and leads key risk committees.
Mrs. Garg, VP Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, has 13 years of experience spanning Deloitte, McKinsey, and Bharti Airtel.
The designations are due to their reporting relationship with the Joint Managing Director and comply with SEBI's Master Circular.
