Experience: Over 30 years in Finance, Banking, Taxation and M&A
Career history:
1995-2007: Usha Martin Group (12 years in various capacities)
April 2007: Joined IFB Agro as General Manager - Finance and Company Secretary (7 years 8 months)
2014: Moved to IFB Industries Limited as Vice President - Corporate Affairs and Banking
2nd December 2017: Rejoined IFB Agro as Chief Financial Officer (serving since then)

Mr. Santanu Ghosh [DIN: 02902285]

Appointed as Executive Director Operations
Effective from: 28th May, 2026
Term: 3 years (subject to shareholder approval)
Age: 63 years
Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Calcutta University
Additional certifications: Leadership certification programme at ISB Hyderabad, DuPont's Process Safety Management course
Experience: Over 37 years in operations and management of distillery & its by-products
Career history: Joined company in 1988 as Trainee Chemist

Both appointments are subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
The directors fulfill conditions as mentioned in the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder
Neither director is debarred from holding office by any order passed by SEBI or any other authority
