IFB Appoints New Independent Director and MD/CEO

IFB Industries appointed Mr. Manoj Kumar Vijay as Non-Executive Independent Director for 2 years effective April 9, 2026.
The company appointed Mr. Sandeep Joseph Abraham as Additional Director, Managing Director, and CEO for 5 years effective same date.
Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval and comply with SEBI regulations and listing requirements.
