IFB Industries Appoints Arup Das Executive Director

IFB Industries Limited appointed Mr. Arup Das (DIN: 08417965) as Additional Director (Executive Director) on 28th March 2026.
The appointment is interim, effective until a new Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director is appointed by the Company.
Mr. Das, aged ~64, brings 38+ years of experience and has been with IFB since 1992, currently serving as President – M&A and New Projects.
The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval.
