IFGL Refractories Appoints Mukesh Rawal Director & CEO

• IFGL Refractories appointed Mukesh Rawal as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective 21st April 2026.
• Rawal is proposed to become Whole-time Director and CEO from 16th August 2026, subject to shareholder and government approvals.
• He currently serves as President of material subsidiary Mono Ceramics Inc and will resign from that position on 15th August 2026.
• The appointment follows NRC recommendation and complies with SEBI Listing Regulations disclosure requirements.
