Key Management Changes
Effective August 16, 2026, Mr Ashok Kumar Kedia (Vice President of Finance and IFGL USA Group Finance Head) and Mr Frank Mitchell (Vice President of Manufacturing) have been promoted and appointed as Co-Presidents of Mono Ceramics Inc (MCI), a Material Subsidiary of IFGL Refractories Ltd in the US.
Preceding Event
This appointment follows the cessation of Mr Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal as President of MCI with effect from close of business on August 15, 2026. This change was previously intimated to stock exchanges through disclosures dated April 22, 2026 and August 8, 2026.
