IFL Enterprises Shareholders Approve Two Director Appointments

IFL Enterprises shareholders approved the appointment of Ashish Shukla as Executive Director via postal ballot with 90.26% votes in favor.
Shareholders also approved Vaishali Patil as Non-Executive Independent Director with 89.69% votes in favor through special resolution.
The postal ballot process involved 348 members representing 14.45 million shares voting via remote e-voting through CDSL.
