IFQM Leads CXO Quality Mission to Japan

IFQM organized a high‑level CXO delegation to Japan from April 20‑24 2026 to benchmark TQM, TPS, Kaizen and Quality 4.0 practices.
Delegates visited Meidoh, Yaskawa Electric and Komatsu, gaining insights into Toyota Production System, robotics‑driven smart factories and supplier quality ecosystems.
Senior leaders from Biocon, Tata Steel, L&T Valves, United Breweries and other Indian firms participated, reinforcing leadership ownership of quality.
The mission builds on an IFQM‑JUSE MOU, aiming to scale MSME supplier clusters and shift India from cost‑competitiveness to a quality hallmark.
