IGL Appoints Subhankar Sen as Chairman

IGL's Board approved appointment of Shri Subhankar Sen as Chairman effective April 01, 2026, replacing Shri Raj Kumar Dubey.
Shri Raj Kumar Dubey ceased as Chairman due to his superannuation from BPCL, the nominating promoter company.
Per IGL's Articles of Association, promoters GAIL and BPCL nominate the Chairman on a rotational two-year basis.
