• IIFL Capital Services intimated SEBI of 173,150 equity shares allotted to employees via ESOP exercise.
• The allotment increases the company's paid-up capital from 315.18M to 315.35M shares of ₹2 face value.
• Shares were issued under the IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018 (IIFL ESOS - 2018).
• The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares from the date of allotment, September 22, 2026.
