IIFL Capital allotted 17.8 lakh equity shares to employees upon exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme 2018.
The paid-up share capital increased from 31.17 crore to 31.35 crore shares of ₹2 each after the allotment.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares from the date of allotment.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee via circular resolution on June 23, 2026.
