IIFL Finance Ltd. announces the resignation of Mr. Manish Mayank, Business Head - Gold Loans, effective April 2, 2026.
Mr. Mayank Sharma is appointed as the new Business Head - Gold Loans, with a change in designation from Chief AI & Innovation Officer.
The changes are effective from April 2, 2026, and were approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors.
