IIM Indore has opened admissions for the 10th batch of its Certificate Programme in Leadership and Change Management, an eight‑month live‑online executive education course designed to equip mid‑to‑senior professionals with contemporary leadership frameworks, change‑strategy tools, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Rankings and Accreditations
The institute is ranked #62 globally and #2 in India for its Executive Education (Open) programmes in the Financial Times Executive Education Rankings 2026. IIM Indore also holds the prestigious Triple Crown accreditation from EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA, placing it among the 100 global business schools with this distinction.
Collaboration and Delivery Platform
The programme is delivered in collaboration with TimesPro, a Higher EdTech platform established in 2013 and part of The Times Group. Delivery utilizes TimesPro’s Interactive Learning platform in Direct‑to‑Device mode, supplemented by a three‑day on‑campus immersion at IIM Indore’s 193‑acre campus. Learners also receive complimentary access to TimesPro’s Certificate Programme in Generative AI Tools and Business Applications.
Curriculum and Pedagogy
The curriculum comprises 28 topics covering change management, data analytics, leadership frameworks, strategy, organisational structure and design, culture, decision‑making, conflict management and negotiation, financial management, artificial intelligence and workforce management, among others. Pedagogical methods include a mix of lectures, case discussions, project work, term papers and assignments.
Eligibility Criteria and Alumni Status
Applicants must hold a diploma, graduate or postgraduate degree recognised by the AIU with a minimum of 50 % marks at the diploma or postgraduate level. In addition, working professionals and entrepreneurs need at least three years of postgraduate work experience to enrol. Successful graduates are awarded the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore, enhancing their professional stature globally.
