IIM Indore Announces Admissions to the 10th Batch of its Certificate Programme in Leadership and Change Management
The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) has opened admissions for the 10th batch of its eight‑month live‑online Certificate Programme in Leadership and Change Management. The programme is designed to equip mid‑to‑senior professionals with contemporary leadership frameworks, change‑strategy tools, and stakeholder‑management capabilities required to lead complex organisational transformations.
IIM Indore is ranked #62 globally and #2 in India for its Executive Education Programmes (Open) in the Financial Times Executive Education Rankings 2026, and it holds the Triple Crown accreditations from EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA. The programme is delivered in collaboration with TimesPro, a Higher EdTech platform of The Times Group, and leverages TimesPro’s Interactive Learning platform in Direct‑to‑Device mode.
Program Structure and Content
The curriculum comprises 28 topics covering change management, data analytics, leadership frameworks, strategy, organisational structure and design, culture, decision‑making, conflict management, negotiation, financial management, artificial intelligence and workforce management. Pedagogy blends lectures, case discussions, project work, term papers and assignments. Delivery is entirely online, supplemented by a three‑day campus immersion at IIM Indore’s 193‑acre campus. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a diploma, graduate or postgraduate degree recognised by the AIU, with a minimum of 50 % marks at either the diploma or postgraduate level. Working professionals and entrepreneurs must have at least three years of postgraduate work experience to enrol.
Accreditation and Alumni Status
Upon successful completion, participants become eligible for the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore, enhancing their professional stature across global markets.
