On 13 October 2026, IIM Kozhikode, ranked third in the Ministry of Education’s NIRF 2025 management rankings, partnered with Emeritus to launch the next batch of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Programme. The 11‑month, high‑impact programme is aimed at new and evolving CFOs as well as seasoned financial leaders and business heads who possess a minimum of ten years of work experience. Eligibility requires a graduate or diploma qualification (10+2+3) from a recognised university and at least ten years of professional experience.
Curriculum and Certification
The curriculum combines classroom instruction, business simulations, a capstone project guided by IIM Kozhikode faculty, and peer‑to‑peer learning. Core modules cover economic dynamics, global considerations, financial markets, advanced corporate finance and business valuation, strategic performance management, AI‑driven finance, growth strategy, corporate governance, ethical leadership, disruption management, and C‑suite leadership. Participants must maintain at least 75 % attendance to receive a certificate of completion from IIM Kozhikode and gain Executive Alumni status. In addition, each online module is assessed, and a minimum grade of 80 % is required to earn a verified digital certificate from Kellogg Executive Education.
