IKIO Technologies Commences Hearables & Wearables Business

IKIO Technologies Board approved commencement of Hearables & Wearables (HWA) business vertical directly under the Company effective April 2026.
Wholly-owned subsidiary Royalux Lighting will discontinue HWA business but will sell existing inventory and recover receivables.
The restructuring aims to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enable focused strategic growth in consumer electronics.
Estimated investment in the new HWA business vertical is approximately INR 20 crores.
