• Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026
• Any other items with the permission of Chairperson of the Meeting

Trading Window Status

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The closure period began on 01st July, 2026 as previously intimated via letter dated 26th June 2026.

Trading Window Reopening

The trading window will reopen for the insiders of the Company after the end of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
