IKS Health announced on 11 September 2026 that Amaris\u00a0McComas has been appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer. McComas joins the executive leadership team following IKS Health’s acquisition of TruBridge, Inc. in July 2026.
Background on Appointee
McComas brings more than 20\u00a0years of experience leading global people strategy, organisational transformation and talent development in complex healthcare and financial‑services firms, having held senior HR roles at TruBridge, Equitable, TIAA and HSBC. She holds a BA in Sociology from Emory University, is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, serves as Board Chair of Neuro580\u00a0Gives, is a founding member of the Young Women Leaders Forum, and was recently named a Hispanic and Latino \"leader to know\" by Becker’s Hospital Review. McComas expressed her commitment to preserving IKS Health’s culture and advancing its people strategy.

McComas succeeds Manisha\u00a0Kadagathur, who will remain in an advisory capacity through mid‑November to ensure a smooth handover.
