IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company has been retained through a subcontract arrangement to design and construct Elevated Viaduct and Ten Elevated Stations for Jaipur Metro Phase-II MRTS project. The specific stations included in the scope are: Prahladpura, Manpura, Bilwa Kalan, Goner Mod, Sitapura, JECC, Kumbha Marg, Haldighati Gate, and Pinjrapole Gaushala (excluding Architectural finishing).
The project scope covers from Chainage(-) 600 m to 11400 m including spur line towards Depot. The total contract value is ₹414.05 Crore, inclusive of GST and other taxes. This subcontract represents 49% of the total contract value awarded by Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Limited.
As a necessary way forward in the process, the company has received the requisite Letter of Award from the Lead Member of the Consortium, who is the Main Contractor.
