ILCI Image Fiesta Season 4 Honors 17

Event Overview

The Image & Life Skills Council of India® (ILCI®) convened the fourth edition of its flagship annual event, ILCI IMAGE FIESTA – Season 4, on 18 September 2026 from 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM at the India International Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The ceremony was graced by H.E. Harisoa Lalatiana Accouche, High Commissioner of the Republic of Seychelles to India, who served as the Chief Guest.

Theme and Participation

The edition placed a special emphasis on “Women Empowerment & Leadership”, celebrating women and professionals who lead with purpose. The gathering featured a PAN‑India participation of image consultants, diplomats, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, psychologists, wellness experts, stylists, trainers and changemakers, making the event a national platform for knowledge‑sharing, networking and professional recognition.

Launch of “Colour Intelligence”

A key milestone was the launch of “Colour Intelligence”, a book authored by Neha Malhotra, AICI CIP, Founder & Director of IICI® and Founder of ILCI®. The book, which explores colour science, psychology and its application to personal and professional image, was officially unveiled by H.E. Harisoa Lalatiana Accouche in the presence of dignitaries and industry leaders.

Image Experts Conclave

The Image Experts Conclave comprised three sessions:

1. Self‑Makeup Masterclass – delivered by The Red Fox Makeup Academy.

2. “Decoding Identity & Image” – presented by Mr. Punnya Vij, Founder & MD of Edutech Services.

3. “Dine Like You Mean Business” – led by Ms. Shalini Rathod, Image & Lifestyle Educator.

These sessions reinforced practical skill development and professional presence.

Women Empowerment & Leadership Panels

Two high‑impact panels were held:

• A professional panel on women empowerment, leadership and image consulting, featuring Mr. Ankur Sharma (Founder – The Red Fox Makeup Academy), Adv. Aashi Chaudhary (Legal Professional), Dr. Chhavi Mehta, Dr. Nancy Juneja, Ms. Niti Ahuja, Dr. Rita Gangwani and Neha Malhotra. The discussion was moderated by Shweta Garg, Co‑Founder of ILCI®.
• A Women Empowerment & Leadership Panel organized with Sattva Nation and Wade Asia, moderated by Ms. Preeti Singh (Founder – Sattva Nation). Panelists included H.E. Harisoa Lalatiana Accouche, Ms. Verticaa Dvivedi (Founder – THE WADE ASIA), Dr. Blossom Kochhar (Founder & Chairperson, Blossom Kochhar Group), Ms. Tannu Monga (Director – Harrison Locks Pvt. Ltd.) and Ms. Karishma Mehra (Family Psychologist).

Both panels explored breaking barriers, resilience, opportunity creation and confidence building for women leaders.

The ceremony honoured 17 outstanding achievers across diverse categories:

• Excellence in Creative Arts & Dance Education: NITI Dance Studio.
• Best Makeup Training Academy of the Year: The Red Fox Academy.
• Best Colour Consultant of the Year: Ms. Mamta Khubani.
• Virtual Image Consultant of the Year: Ms. Suman Chhada.
• Best Celebrity Stylist of the Year: Ms. Manya Aggarwal.
• Best Individual Styling Consultant for Women: Ms. Harneet Chhabra.
• Best Business & Legal Consultant of the Year: Adv. Siddharath Sikri.
• Best Leadership Coach of the Year: Ms. Nisha Pradhan.
• Best Life Coach of the Year: Ms. Shweta Gaur.
• Best Image Consultant of the Year: Ms. Tina Walia.
• Best Etiquette Trainer of the Year: Ms. Asmita Arora.
• Best Celebrity Makeup Artist of the Year: Ms. Snigdha Dua.

These awards showcased the breadth of talent in India’s image, styling, beauty, wellness, leadership and life‑skills ecosystem.

Partners and Hosts

The event’s gifting partner was Pachouli Wellness & Healing Heights. The Red Fox Academy served as the Makeup Partner, while Sattva Nation was the Wellness Partner. Wade Asia partnered for the panel discussions. The ceremony was seamlessly hosted by Nisha Pradhan, who provided stage management and engagement throughout the day.

Conclusion

ILCI IMAGE FIESTA – Season 4 concluded as a grand success, delivering international representation, PAN‑India professional participation, a landmark book launch, extensive leadership dialogues and recognition of 17 achievers.
