Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (BSE: 539056; NSE: IMAGICAA) has signed an investment agreement to acquire a 50% equity stake in Mehsana Next Parks Private Limited (MNPPL), the Special Purpose Vehicle that owns and operates Shanku's Water Park in Mehsana, Gujarat.

Operations & Management Services
Imagicaaworld will provide Operations & Management services to MNPPL, leveraging its expertise in park operations, guest experience, safety systems, food & beverage, and revenue optimization. The company will receive management fees in the range of 6%–10% based upon agreed parameters.
