Company Disclosure

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (BSE: 539056; NSE: IMAGICAA) submitted a press release titled "Q1 FY27 Business Update" dated July 23, 2026, signed by Mayuresh Kore, Chief Financial Officer and Head Legal.

Business Performance Metrics

Footfalls Performance: Q1 FY27 (quarter ending June 30, 2026) footfalls stood at 11.54 lakhs, representing 22% year-on-year growth compared to 9.46 lakhs in Q1 FY26. The company attributed this strong performance to intense summer conditions and prolonged heatwaves in its catchments.

Novotel Imagicaa Performance: Hotel occupancy for Q1 FY27 stood at 63%, slightly lower than 65% occupancy in the same period last year. The hotel maintained healthy occupancy supported by school vacation season, destination weddings, corporate events, and strong demand from guests visiting Imagicaa parks.

Operational Updates

Water Park Closure: Imagicaa Water Park, Khopoli remained temporarily closed from June 19, 2025 to June 25, 2025 pursuant to directions from the Irrigation Department, Government of Maharashtra. The closure was due to restrictions on water withdrawal from dams caused by low reservoir levels arising from El Niño conditions. The estimated revenue impact was limited to approximately ₹50 lakh as the closure occurred after the peak operating season for the Water Park.

Strategic Initiatives

Shanku's Water Park Transaction: The company is in the final stages of concluding a transaction for Shanku's Water Park. Under this arrangement, Imagicaa will partner with existing owners to expand the park's offerings while undertaking Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of the business. This asset-light model is expected to generate recurring, fee-based revenue streams and strengthen the company's presence in the Gujarat region.

Hello Park Expansion: The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Imagicaa Next Private Limited (INPL), signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a second Hello Park location at Phoenix Mall's upcoming development in Surat. The proposed indoor entertainment center will span approximately 9,000 sq. ft.

Hyderabad Hello Park: Construction and fit-out activities for the first Hello Park at Hyderabad are progressing as planned, with commercial operations expected to commence within Q3 FY27.
