Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited entered an Operation and Management Agreement with Keshav Holiday Resort Private Limited (Shankus Water Park), effective April 01, 2026.
IEL will operate and manage KHRPL's Shankus Water Park in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with option to deploy its own Intellectual Property.
IEL is entitled to a management fee linked to pre-agreed milestones, expanding its brand reach to new geographies.
