IMFA Allots ₹25.61 Crore in JRETL Equity Shares

Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) disclosed the completion of a second tranche investment in JSW Renew Energy Twelve Limited (JRETL).

The company allotted 2,56,14,000 equity shares of ₹10 each in JRETL on 2nd November 2026, for an aggregate consideration of ₹25,61,40,000. This transaction represents the Second Tranche under the existing Share Subscription and Shareholder's Agreement. Confirmation of the allotment was received by IMFA from JRETL on the same day, 2nd November 2026.

Consequent to this allotment, IMFA's shareholding in JRETL now stands at 26% of JRETL's paid-up share capital. This disclosure follows previous communications dated 10th September 2025 and 21st November 2025 on the same subject matter.
