IMPAL Chairman S Ram Resigns, Srivats Ram Appointed

S Ram resigned as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of India Motor Parts & Accessories effective close of business on 8th May 2026.
The Board appointed Srivats Ram as the new Chairman for a five-year term commencing 9th May 2026.
The resignation was due to advancing age and was formally disclosed per SEBI Listing Regulations.
The Board recorded its appreciation for S Ram's valuable guidance during his tenure.
