Based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. Bhatter & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 131411W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting. This appointment is subject to approval by the members of the Company at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting.
M/s. Bhatter & Associates has 15 years of experience in GST registration consulting, income tax consulting, tax consulting, and accounting services.
