The Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27th May, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at the company's registered office located at 303, Tower A, Peninsula Business Park, G.K. Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400013.

The agenda for the meeting includes:
