The primary agenda for the meeting includes:
- Consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026
- Review of the limited review report accompanying the financial results

The company also confirms that the trading window closure remains in effect as previously communicated via letter dated 29th September, 2026.
