A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 3rd August, 2026. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated Persons", the trading window shall remain closed until the end of 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
