Rebranding Announcement
On September 28, 2026, InCorp Advisory India, an Ascentium Company founded in 2019, announced that it has officially rebranded as Ascentium India, completing a phased integration into the Singapore‑headquartered Ascentium Group global business. The transition brings the firm’s expertise, people and client relationships under a single identity while retaining the same leadership and teams.
The company is now led by CEO Manish Modi, who emphasized that the rebrand does not alter the senior leadership or client relationships but expands the depth of expertise available to clients through Ascentium’s presence in 27 markets worldwide.
Ascentium Group, founded in 2024, is headed by Group CEO Lennard Yong and Group President Wendy Wang. The group’s growth strategy has involved integrating specialist businesses across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and other key regions, including InCorp Global, Harneys Fiduciary, Links International, Marbury, Virtuzone, ZICO Corporate Services, Clara Technologies, Dezan Shira & Associates and MGI Dobbyn Carafa.
InCorp India’s Indian footprint has been built through a series of strategic acquisitions and investments: Amita Desai & Co. (enhancing corporate secretarial capabilities), Ken & Co. (strengthening cybersecurity, data privacy, governance, risk and compliance), TMSL (expanding tax and automation services), Manish Modi & Associates, PR Gandhi & Co., Jayesh Sanghrajka & Co., Vinay & Keshava Associates, and a significant investment in Zolvit (formerly VakilSearch) to augment technology‑led business services. These moves have created a broader, more integrated platform that combines complementary expertise, technology and specialist teams while preserving domain knowledge and client relationships.
Ascentium India’s client proposition is built around four principles: continuity of senior leadership, accessible decision‑making, institutional governance and proactive investment ahead of client demand. The firm now offers a comprehensive suite of services that includes Global Expansion, Tax & Structures, Managed Services, Risk Advisory, Regulatory & Governance Advisory, Investment Banking, Fund Services, Sustainability & ESG, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, with particular emphasis on data‑privacy compliance under India’s DPDP framework.
Ascentium India serves multinational corporations, listed companies, investment funds, family offices and not‑for‑profit organisations, providing advisory and operational solutions for complex cross‑border, regulatory and business challenges.
The broader Ascentium Group employs over 3,000 professionals across 58 cities in 27 markets, serving more than 65,000 client entities across diverse industries.
