InCred Capital Launches InCred Black for Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth Individuals
On August 27, 2026, InCred Capital announced from Mumbai the launch of InCred Black, a focused wealth‑management proposition aimed at ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNI), entrepreneurs and business families. The new platform brings together highly personalised services across asset allocation, alternatives, public and private markets, credit, liquidity solutions and global investing, leveraging the broader investment, advisory and institutional strengths of InCred Capital and the InCred Group.
The venture is being steered by three co‑founders – Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney and Zarksis Gotla – who together contribute more than 80 years of experience, having built the wealth business at Avendus over the past 15 years and previously held senior roles at Kotak, Barclays and Credit Suisse. They will shape InCred Black, deepen client relationships and expand the team as the platform scales.
InCred’s existing wealth franchise has already crossed ₹1 lakh crore in assets under management, serving a large UHNI client base. InCred Black extends this foundation with a sharper, differentiated offering for the UHNI segment, while its specialist capabilities, senior talent and access are expected to strengthen the broader wealth platform and benefit existing clients where relevant.
Bhupinder Singh, Founder & Group CEO of InCred, stated that the firm has built a powerful wealth franchise with deep client relationships and significant scale, and that InCred Black raises the bar further by delivering a sharper proposition, differentiated access and the full capabilities of InCred to its most sophisticated clients. Nitin Rao, CEO of InCred Wealth, added that the new platform adds further depth to an already strong franchise, giving UHNI relationships greater specialization and that the talent, ideas and access it brings will enhance offerings across the platform.
The ambition articulated by the leadership is to make InCred the trusted first‑call advisor for India’s leading UHNI families, with plans to continue adding senior bankers and specialist talent as InCred Black scales.
