Announcement Overview
InCred Capital, the institutional, wealth and asset‑management arm of the InCred Group, announced on June 16, 2026 that it is launching its United States operations with the opening of a New York office. The new office adds to the firm’s existing locations in India, Singapore, Dubai and London and is intended to serve institutional investors, family offices and sophisticated clients through India‑focused research, execution, corporate access and capital‑markets solutions, as well as curated opportunities across private markets, fixed income, alternatives, structured products and bespoke investment strategies.
Leadership Appointment
To head the North American business, InCred Capital appointed Arunava Das as CEO, North America. Das brings more than two decades of experience in institutional equities, capital markets and wealth management, having previously served as CEO & Managing Director of JM Financial Securities Inc. and JM Private Wealth (North America), and having held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Edelweiss Capital.

Asset Scale
InCred Capital manages over INR 1 lakh crore, equivalent to approximately USD 10.5 billion, in wealth assets and roughly INR 10,000 crore, or about USD 1 billion, in asset‑management assets.
