The Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on May 28, 2026, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Raj Kumar Agrawal (DIN: 00177578) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
The reappointment is for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from June 15, 2026 to June 14, 2031 (both days inclusive). This reappointment is subject to approval by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

He has served as Special Invitee Member/Co-opted Member on the Accounting Standards Board and Audit & Assurance Standards Board of the ICAI for various years.
