Indegene Unit Acquires Trilogy Writing Assets GBP 1.9L

Indegene Healthcare UK Ltd signed a Trade and Asset Purchase Agreement with Trilogy Writing and Consulting Ltd on April 01, 2026.
The transaction involves purchase of Trilogy's entire trade and business as a going concern for GBP 1,90,679.
Both entities are indirectly wholly owned by Indegene Limited; the deal is a related party transaction conducted at arm's length.
The Buyer had already acquired the entire issued share capital of the Seller as per intimation filed on March 1, 2026.
