India Cements received NCLT Chennai order sanctioning amalgamation of four wholly owned subsidiaries with itself.
The Scheme is effective 28 March 2026, with an appointed date of 1 January 2025 for asset/liability transfer.
All four subsidiaries — ICLFSL, ICLIL, ICLSL, and ICIL — stand dissolved without winding up post-merger.
