India Cements Capital Limited has scheduled meetings of its Audit Committee and Board of Directors for Wednesday, 5th August 2026. The purpose of these meetings is to consider and approve both the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27). These financial results will be subjected to a "limited review" by the company's statutory auditors.
Following Board approval, the company will electronically file certified copies of the unaudited financial results along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors on the BSE portal. This filing will be made in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The financial results will be published in both English and Tamil daily newspapers on 7th August 2026.
In continuation of the company's previous communication dated 23rd June 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's shares remains closed from 1st July 2026 to 7th August 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure is in effect for the quarterly results announcement period.
