India Cements Capital Limited has scheduled meetings of its Audit Committee and Board of Directors to be held on Thursday, 5th November 2026. The purpose of these meetings is to consider and approve both Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026. These financial results will be subjected to a "limited review" by the company's statutory auditors.
Following Board approval, the company will electronically file a certified copy of the unaudited financial results along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors on the BSE portal. This filing is being made in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The financial results will be published in both English and Tamil language newspapers on 7th November 2026.
In continuation of the company's previous communication dated 24th September 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's shares remains closed from 1st October 2026 to 7th November 2026 (both days inclusive).
